Open Settings › General › Keyboard shortcuts and click a shortcut, then press the new keys. It needs at least one of ⌘, ⌃ or ⌥. Esc cancels, Delete clears it, and Restore defaults puts them all back. A warning sign means another app already uses it. Shot shortcuts are in Settings › Shots.
